We are a household of 2 – yet we have 3 freezers and they are all currently almost full. We need to run them down so we can get used to living without this much freezer space. On the boat we will not have a freezer, if we do it will be a tiny space, enough room for a bag of peas and a couple of ice pops. This weeks meal plan is a lets get the freezer stock down. I am hoping we can get it down to 2 after this week.
Friday 17th – Fish fajitas with peppers and onions, plus sour cream, guacamole, and salad
Saturday 18th – Pizza – one with peppers/mushroom and olives the other with ham and pineapple
Sunday 19th – Toad in the hole with mashed potatoes, carrots, peas, cabbage and onion gravy.
Monday 20th – Falafel and cauliflower popcorn with pita, hummus and salads.
Tuesday 21st – Provencal fish with herby boiled potatoes and mixed green salad.
Wednesday 22nd – Pork schnitzel with potato pancakes and a creamy mushroom sauce.
Thursday 23rd – Beanburgers with fries.
Looking at this my shopping list will only consist of salad and olives. Easy shop for us, maybe we will get out on our bikes to do it.
